I offer both freebies and paid commissions, but never at the same time. Ill only switch to paid commissions if I need the money.

Watermark/Signature

Do not, under any cirucumstances, remove my watermark and/or signature.

Standard

I will not imitate any artstyle. There are several artstyles that I am able to draw, which I listed in my "about me" and you can use my other pieces as art style references.
Please communicate with me which one you like.

References and Inspirations

I highly encourage to send me references and inspos you love, but do not use and send me AI, thank you.

While working on the freebie

I will make a handful of changes before I start rendering.
However I can refuse them if they become too frequent.

Updates

I will update you when entering any type of phase (Lineart, colouring, rendering) and per request.
I can get too invested in drawing or just forget to send you an update so please be patient and remind me thank you!
However, please do not pester/bother/whatever me by asking me everyday. It can get very exhausting.

Timeframe and Duration

I have a busy life.
Please talk to me about a reasonable deadline.
If the piece is needed for something specific, contact me way ahead of time.
If something comes up on either side that would affect the timeframe, then it needs to be communicated.

Delay and cancellation

If you dont respond to my messages regarding the freebie, I will just pause it. I will not cancel because I know stuff can happen so dont worry.If youre rude or disrespectful to me or any of my friends/loved ones, you will receive one warning before I cancel the freebie.I can refuse to work for you if youre notorious for disrespecting others.

Usage of my work When finished

You can use the freebie as a profile picture, banner or header. You are allowed to post it as well. But all of the above has to be done with me being credited.
The work is still mine, even after you received it. Do NOT claim it as your work.I reserve the common-law copyright of the commissioned/freebie'd (lol) pieces. This means I have the right to print or licence the artwork, and post the finished piece and any drafts on my social media accounts. SunYou can print the artwork and turn it into an item, but do NOT sell/mass distribute.DO NOT use my works to feed it into AI or any other harmful system that would allow you to generate anything from my pieces and support abusive programs/systems.

Blacklisting

If you violate any major rule that harms me both personally and/or as an artist, you will be blacklisted by me and I will refuse to interact with you in any way.
Additionally, I will warn everyone I can reach with my posts about you.

Refunds

In case of cancellation, you will receive an around 50% refund before the rendering phase.Everything after the rendering phase will NOT be refunded.You will be notified when I enter the rendering phase and I will not continue until you confirm.You will not receive anything related to your commission after you requested and received a refund. MoonThe currency difference and the fees will most definitely change the amount of the refund.
